Ryan P. was extremely nice. Our appointment was scheduled between 12-4 and he called and actually asked if he could come earlier. He came 2 hours earlier which we were extremely grateful for!! He was professional and explained everything in laymen terms so we knew how to manage our issue if it comes about again. We just want to say thanks again Ryan for dealing with our pups too.
