Then you'll call to reschedule an appt and she'll yell at you and be very rude, and tell you THIS time she'll make an exception. Is this REALLY who Hotch wants as the forefront of his business? Love Hotch, Denise and their facility BUT I purposely schedule on Tues and Thurs because I know Aubrey will not be working!
