I live almost 5 hours away and prepaid on a boat purchase before they would do anything on a new pontoon. Then when I get there I see damage to the pontoons that they did not disclose. I was told the manufacture would do something to fix it but they still wanted full price. In the end they offered to take $500 off a $44k purchase and I would have to take care of the repair with Sylvan. Unfortunately I have already purchased a trailer and have no pontoon. I suspect they will just try to sell it to someone else that doesn't notice the damage.
