I was very upset the last time I shopped here! I went in looking for something I saw online in a Facebook group so i looked it up online and found an 8 pack of them that said in stock! So after getting there and looking around a bit I couldn't find it (small bamboo fence for mini garden) So I went looking for help called to 4 or 5 people walking by who blatantly ignored me then when o do ally found someone on the complete opposite side of the store i asked him about it and he said "well did u look" and so I said "well i saw it in a Facebook group and" HE CUT ME OFF and said I HATE YOU PEOPLE WHO SEE THINGS ON FACEBOOK AND THINK I'M JUST GOING TO GO FIND IT FOR YOU! Excuse me! Then he said well did u even look online? And I said yes they have 8 packs of the item in question and he said "well if we have it it's in the garden center outside by all the garden fencing" and I said I looked there and he said well then we don't have it now do we?! I'm not going to go show u something we don't have! You will have to wait till summer when we get garden items in stock in not going to keep waisting my time! Excuse me again! Mind you this item is for a mini indoor garden! AND IT SAID IT WAS IN STOCK like what the heck I turned around and left the store and didn't even buy any of the other things I needed....went to Menards and was promptly helped in a polite manner....this store should really do through some new staff training....over 5 employees standing around and talking and walking buy ignore me or I call out to them and they shuffle away in a hurry in the opposite direction and then this guy! I've never really been that upset by someone in a store especially because I've worked in retail but I would recommend NEVER GOING HERE if you are going to have to ask anyone a question!
