Holiday Inn & Suites La Crosse - Downtown

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Really wonderful helpful staff. Clean, quiet, well located. Highly recommend. Will definitely revisit. Stayed on two different occasions (couple days apart) and staff recognized, remembered and was very welcoming upon my return. Felt like a home away from home. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer were all clean, new and in working order. Very nice linens, a plethora of pillows, large tv and a view. Very nice.

Great hotel to stay at. Room was kept very clean and was extremely convenient for me as the event I was at was right across the street. Unfortunately I didn't get to explore any part of the hotel as my entire weekend was taken up by events.
