Holiday Inn Appleton

Staff went above and beyond! Everyone, including the bartender were exceptional. The morning of our departure, the staff went out of their way to open up the dining area early so my daughter and her friend were able to have a good meal before their volleyball game. We will stay here again!

5 star for sure. Booked using ihg app and went down 2 hours later and they were ready. However I wish the ihg and the holiday inn had a better way of communicating the options that you can choose on the app. I booked the room and they had $10 upcharge to get two breakfasts for the next morning and for another $10 you received 2000 points. The front desk had no confirmation of this. But she was really nice about it and gave us the coupons after I told her the rate was higher because of these option. Moving on to the breakfast the next morning. Talk about weird, from walking into the place and getting seated by a grumpy lady to watching the customers make weird requests. This was a great place to people watch... we were lucky to get Nick as our server. He is the only reason I would ever eat there again. He seemed fairly new, but he was super polite, and to top it all off without even asking he gave us to go cups for coffee. I hope he moves on to bigger and better things than having to work with that older lady who is a crab.
