The electricians that showed up and completed the work were pleasant, efficient, and got the work done very well! However, the customer service after the work was completed left a lot to be desired! I received the invoice by mail a few weeks after the work and the date the invoice was started and the date on the letter (in the same envelope) had 8 days of difference! By the time I received the invoice in the mail I had a grand total of 3 days to get payment to them to avoid the late fees as printed on the invoice. I then called daily for 8 days and left messages trying to pay via phone to avoid the late fees. I received a grand total of one return call! This was while I was at work and wasn't able to answer but called back to leave another message. Customer service leave a lot to be desired! Pretty hard when you are trying to pay and they apparently aren't interested in the money!
