Hampton Inn Eau Claire

First hotel I've ever been in where I can say the temp of the pool and the hot tub were PERFECT! My mother-in-law was staying there when she flew in to visit. Very nice rooms, they are currently doing upgrades to the outside, and the rooms look pretty fresh too. I would very highly recommend this hotel to anybody!

Service was great! Housekeepers are the best! Rooms are modern and stylish! And location is good. Between 2 restaurants and close to the interstate!

After 25 hours traveling, I arrived to be greeted by a bubbly and energetic lady. My company booked me a twin sweet, the lady dug around and got me a king, not only better bed for me but saving the company money. Room - Lovely, clean and well equipped. Fridge & Microwave. Bathroom, well stocked and very clean! Breakfast - Best looking scrambled eggs I have ever seen in a USA hotel. (Didn’t get to taste as only having cereal) I have to say I am not a lover of this type of breakfast, plastic plates and knife and fork, however I can not and will not mark down for this as it is well stocked. In the space of 5 min the breakfast staff had checked everything several times. Gym - Small but everything working, a small swimming pool which is to small to get a workout in. Staff - I read a review saying staff were not friendly? Really I have had nothing but friendly service! Hotel Upgrade Work - Yes there is work being carried out but I didn’t actually hear anything or see anything apart from outside. All in all, a lovely place to stay!
