Very disappointed. Staff was not able to offer an appropriate advise for a frame.

I visited the Eye Care Clinic this week for a routine eye exam, as I hadn't gotten my eyes checked since about four years ago. I was pleased with Dr. Mertz and how he took the time to listen to what concerns I had and figure out what the best contact lens option would be for me. However, that was the only good portion of my visit. Both the nurse who checked me in and the telephone receptionist were rude, and NEITHER of them would explain the difference between a "glasses" exam and a "contacts" exam. I asked the nurse what the difference was, and she replied rather hurriedly, and I quote, "Which one do you want? We need to keep this moving." How am I supposed to know which exam I need if she won't even tell me what they entail?!? Overall, I would never return to this clinic again if I had the choice, but unfortunately it is the only location readily accessible to me.
