They made an extremely stressful situation perfect. I was trading in 2 vehicles. I live approximately 3 hours away from the dealership. There was freezing rain in the forecast and 40+ mph winds. Not the most ideal day to get a new car. About 45 minutes away from the dealership one vehicle breaks down. The salesman Zach, got me in touch with a wrecker. After getting that settled I still had to drive to the dealership. Upon arrival I find out that someone else is buying the car I drove up there for. Plus, not to mention the cost of the repair of one of the trades. Not to worry. The dealership set me up with a loaner to drive home. Two days later Zach contacts me and says that they found me a car. 2 weeks later I receive delivery on the certified pre-owned Lincoln in the same exact color and options as the one I missed out on. Great experience and good people. Zach and John did phenomenal work.

Dustin(Sales Professional) and John(New car Manager) were very helpful. They both worked with my wife and I for quite a while until we got the deal we needed. I can't say enough good things about the folks at Griffin. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Recommend highly
