Gregg Bohlig State Farm®

After several problem free years with State Farm and Gregg we started to have continuous problems. It would take too much space to lay out the fine details in this review but I will try to give the short version. Our house insurance was dropped for no reason. We found out AFTER we got our refund check. They never called us, E-mailed or contacted us in any way. When we asked why, we never did get a real explanation. Car insurance dropped on one of the 3 vehicles for no reason. (Twice) Insurance changed on cars with no reason or authorization. (2 different times) Incorrect information from the staff at this office. Call and ask a question, get one answer from one person and a different answer from another person 2 days later. One example, we were told the insurance on a car would be going up by almost $50 a month. When we finally got a serious answer to our shock, we learned it was going up but a few cents per month. Come to find out, after swapping agents, we had been overpaying for some time due to either ignorance an/or incompetence. We dropped out house insurance by more than $100 a year with very little change in coverage. (and this is while staying with State Farm) Often when you call and ask questions you are told "I will look into that and call you back" only to never hear back from Gregg. More often than not, the phone calls were short, rude, blunt and downright unprofessional (all the staff, not one person in particular) There are plenty of other SF agents in the EC area. Choose another. (heck, some are even so close enough to this location that you can walk from one to another)
