Shawn and the crew from Great Lakes Roofing were great in giving us all of the info we needed for our roof replacement and was very flexible with his time. The people involved with the project kept us informed at all times on when they would come to do every step of the project. A few months back, we received a call from the Account Manager, Karlie, at Great Lakes Roofing providing us with information on their roofing services followed up with an e-mail that explained their services in a little more detail. I told her I would keep their information on hand since we had several older buildings that would most likely need roof repair in the near future. Soon after, our insurance company indicated that some much needed roof repair on one of our buildings was needed in order for them to continue insuring this building with us. We then decided to reach out to Karlie and asked if we could get a roof repair estimate for this building. Not only did we receive an estimate in a short period of time, but it was for a fair price. We decided to go ahead with the work which was then done in a very timely manner. Not more than a week passed when another one of our buildings had a roof leak that needed emergency attention so I reached out to Karlie again. Once again, their team was right on top of things and was able to make the repair the same day. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Roofing to anyone looking for roofing work.
