Great Clips

I asked for my hair to be slightly below my collar bone and it is now barely touching my shoulders. I asked for it to be layered at the bottom so that it didn’t look like a blunt cut, and now you can clearly see a blunt cut as well as choppy layers that look like the top section of my hair was just cut slightly shorter than the rest. One of the worst hair cuts I’ve ever recieved.
