Grate Modern Mac & Cheese

I really enjoyed the bacon and blue. I was a bit skeptical about what to expect from Grate. I am a Dells native and I have eaten at Mac's numerous times, but the mac and cheese at Grate was just better. The sauce has great balance and does not have a paste-like consistency that other mac and cheese sauces can have. The pasta was perfectly cooked and held the sauce perfectly. Thanks for a great meal!
