Graphite - Apple Premier Partner

I dropped my phone off because it was dying on me after only a couple of hours of use. They offered to scan it first to make sure it was truly a battery problem that would benefit from a new one and not a software issue that could be fixed with a simple reset. I ended up needing a new battery and the price was reasonable. The only think that was a super minor issue was they said it would be done by 2:30 and it ended up being done at 5, but on their defense a network issue for them caused delays for everyone. I would highly recommend going there instead of waiting for Apple to fix anything.
