The service at this place is very hit or miss. Seems that when the owner or manager is there it's spot on. Employees attentive and friendly. Other times there will be 3 employees seemingly doing nothing and then act bothered by your request. The constant chatter between themselves and groups of employees outside smoking is a turnoff.
