Grainger Industrial Supply

Have been buying supplies and parts at the local Grainger for several years and always found the staff to be courteous and very knowledgeable. A couple I was actually surprised that they knew what I was talking about because what I needed was very specialized. I used to be able to get the local guys on the phone but lately when I call I get the call center folks and that's not as good so I have to go in person.

Bad customer service. People at the counter can't be bothered to actually help you find a part. Find another place.
