I recently had an issue where my Timing chain needed to be replaced on my Ford Explorer. The initial diagnostics process did not go well. The staff at Gordie Boucher in West Bend, WI, particularly Beau, my Service Advisor, was extremely helpful in correcting the errors and moving the job forward. He worked extremely hard to ensure the proper paperwork was filed for my warranty work and was diligent in all his efforts to ensure the proper communication was done to keep me informed.
It was a huge job, I was provided with a very nice loaner vehicle and in the end the work was done properly and was covered under warranty. This job was one where my long term business would be won or lost. In this case, I will look at Gordie Boucher first when making another vehicle purchase.
