I have been to Ideal Body Shop in the past with a GREAT experience. Gary had phenomenal customer service and did great work on my car. However, Ideal Body Shop had recent change in ownership/management. I decided to give it a try and sadly was underwhelmed with the customer service and overall experience. I brought my car in for the scheduled appointment and waited for an hour to find out that the wrong part was ordered. I understand that these kinds of things happen and came back a week later when the correct part was in. The part was then replaced/fixed in less than the estimated labor time, but when I asked about the cost of labor being reduced from the original estimate, their secretary reported that the only reason it took less time than estimated was because they already opened the car up the week before - she denied a cost reduction when I asked. I have higher standards for customer service and will be taking my car elsewhere in the future.
