Had several thousand dollars worth of landscaping done by these guys. After the work was done, I noticed that most of the grass they had planted hadn't come in at all 7 months later the end of this may). So I went out and bought seed and fertilizer from Menards and did it myself because this company refuses to return phone calls (for months) let alone stop back at my house to give me some advice on what I could do to make things go better or redo any of it.
Also, I had them remove a large plant bed in my backyard and they did a very mediocre job; they did remove the bed--I can't deny that, but they left the soil so lumpy and scarred and rocky that I can't even push my mower over 1/3 of my back yard because it bottoms out and starts scarring potholes into the soil with the blade. Also, a good portion of the grass never came in.
I tried calling them several times just to ask them what I could do and if they would come out and look at it. They just placated me and said they would come out a few times and they never did. and so I sat around all day a few times waiting with no phone call and they never returned any of my phonecalls.
So the last times I tried calling, they don't even let me leave messages anymore, they just pick up the phone and hang it up before I even say a word. I started redoing things on my own recently and there are several days worth of work for one person to do and considering I payed them thousands and they had multiple people and pieces of equipment to do the job and it could have easily been done correctly.
Also, they redid the rockbed in the front and did a decent job with that. No big complaints there at all.
But their treatment of me once they had my money really is upsetting.
