I dealt with Eric 3 different times and we just could not get a deal done, and he worked his tail off for "nothing"...meaning, no sale. Fast forward a couple months and things on my end changed, and we were able to pull off the deal for the exact car that I wanted. I call him and we went through the no hassle negotiations. He wrote up the deal, and we met a couple hours later. The car was cleaned and ready to go, and Eric went through all the bells and whistles with me, all while battling a bad cold. The detailing was rough, and I found scratches, which on a brand new car, there should be none. I would give the detailers 0 stars, but will not ding the sales team at all. Ian, Sam and Eric did a wonderful job.
