Gandrud Chevrolet

I was very impressed with the knowledge that Chris had of the truck and the whole purchasing process. He did an awesome job explaining the options on the truck and setting up the technological features. He made it much easier and quicker than trying to read the owners manual and then set it up on my own. This was my fourth new truck but my first purchased from Gandrud. They are also the fourth different dealership that I have purchased from; and will be the one that I go to when looking for my next new truck.

Issue with vehicle. Met with service writer and technician. They took significant time explaining the issue; noting that the diagnosis suggested 1 of 2 repairs. One very costly. They made no repairs asking us to first take some minor actions, to verify the varibles. This will indicate the correct course of action. Much appreciated their efforts to not oversell us on un-needed repairs. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them, and have been treated fairly.
