We purchased two Jayco campers from Freedom and have had all our service work done there. Every experience with them has been a pleasure. Truly nice people, good prices, great service! I usually take the Dealer advertising stickers off everything I own, but Freedom gets a pass. I have no problem telling people about them.

The sales person rushed us. The rv showed up late and was damaged. The service tech that walked us threw the trailer really saved the sale. We were ready to walk away with the tardiness of the trailer and the sales person seeming to be more into closing the deal then making sure we were conformable. The service tech bent over backwards to right everything I nit picked. The owner even came out and helped the service tech change a plastic knob to a metal knob cuz we felt it wasn't gonna hold the door shut. In the end I'd give the sales person a 2 out of 10 or his customer service and I'd give the service tech a 10 out of 10 and a raise for his customer service. Update: avoid this place at all cost they sell junk.
