Staff was professional yet very friendly. I was informed of delay. Doctor was professional yet courteous. Lab results were faxed to my vet by 8:30 the next morning, just like they said they would be. My first experience there and it was a good one, except of course that I had to be there at all.

They have a post up on social media stating that they are a clinic that would rather help someones family member (pet) than to see them suffer. That it's more about the pet than the $$$$ .Wow! What a crock! They have their social media analysts respond and it's nothing but an answer like your pet chasing its tail! Seeing its a false statement your social media rep needs to take it down!! Nothing is done out of empathy or kindness these days and for anyone to post should be ashamed of letting anyone has even a second of false hope!!!!!
