Float's staff is so kind and down-to-earth–they always have been, including the owner. From the setting, even before I float, I feel such peace. They have really outdone themselves in setting up the rhetorical situation. Embodying an essence of peace is pinnacle here. Back some time they were doing phenomenal military vet and family discounts, which my mother and I reaped; that was SO thoughtful! And such an applicable gift for those who have served. The toll of the experiences had by vets and their families are some no others will ever fully understand. Float MKE offered a solution of great value, I believe, and I am very grateful for that. Nonetheless, the product is fabulous. I don't think the price is bad relative to–let's say–a spa. You should want to float, and you will want to float again–at Float MKE!
This place could be a wonderful relaxing oasis but for me it falls short. The first time I was in an open pod and got out 5 minutes early because it got chilly. The second time in a closed pod was fine. The 3rd time I only stayed for 15 minutes in a closed pod. I was cold when I first got in. I asked for them to warm it up but it takes a long time to warm up and I could not relax floating there cold. The customer service that followed was sub par . I had to contact the owner to get a refund. I probably will never go back
