The mechanics were friendly, and very helpful. The services for my vehicle were completed within a good time frame. I definitely recommend this location!

This place told my girlfriend that she needed 4 new tires. When she told them she got new tires from Firestone only a few thousand miles ago and that they should still be under Firestone's warranty they took a second look. This time they told her they must have made a mistake because now they look fine. On another occasion they told her they found metal in her oil and wanted to start replacing engine parts. That was over 20k miles ago and her new mechanics have never seen metal in the oil. Not all Firestones are this dishonest but some of the employees at this shop in particular make up expensive stories. My advice: do not go here unless you know exactly what services are needed and have a rough idea of the market price for those services.
