FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Ordered a new TV through BUYDIG>COM and saw through the tracking number that it had arrived in Milwaukee at FEDEX. It was at a SHipping center not a Sorting center, so when i called they said it was available for pick up. Drove 30 minutes there to hear it was in a container that was locked until Monday (it was Friday). and that they wouldn't do anything for me. They tried to blame the seller BUYDIG for picking a cheap freight option.....Regardless of what they picked,the Tv i had already purchased was there and they refused to give it to me. Why deliver it when I AM THERE???? Tried to work with their customer service and got no where. Absolutely ridiculous and will never use Fedex again, personally or professionally.
