Horrible experience. They refuse to come and pick up trash if you miss pick up because the owner is too cheap and won't pay for his guys to be out past 5PM. They have a really jacked schedule that make the guys work Saturdays if there is a holiday that week. I called to ask them to pick up my garbage at 8:30AM in the morning because I thought it was a holiday week and they weren't picking up until Saturday and was told they wouldn't call the guys to come back. They told me I could hold on to my garbage for a week or drive it to Platteville to drop off. Complete jerks on the phone.
