Morgan Booe

I recently had a wedding at Stein Farms and Rebekah was the coordinator for that location. We ended up doing a lot of our own decorations, and rented our tablecloths and napkins from her. We were told they would all be steamed and ready for us to set up our tables at a certain time Friday afternoon. We got there and another coordinator was doing them and didn’t have even half of them done and the napkins we rented were in sealed bags and not steamed or pressed, and wrinkled. Then the coordinator told us her steamer broke and she had to go get a new one. Ended up coming back 45 minutes earlier and started using the exact same one? We had also rented out a huge house on the property for the wedding and Rebekah failed to mention to us that her, the second wedding coordinator and the owner of the property all slept in the house while I stayed there with my family. We were never told that ONCE until Friday night, the day before the wedding, when they opened the house for my family. I am sorry, but if someone is going to rent out a mansion for their bridal party for the weekend for their WEDDING, I do not want to be in a house with three random strangers we do not know while we all spend time together, drink and have a good time. This is a once in a lifetime experience. When I expressed that I thought it was weird if they stayed there, she was yelling on the phone and getting extremely defensive. Telling me that no other bride had a problem with it and just overall being extremely unprofessional. Then I told her that I was going to let people know that if they ask me about this venue in particular, and she started getting mad and said if I’m going to start telling people things about her business I better tell them the truth. Well that is the truth right there. She then proceeded to tell me that it really isn’t weird, & that she sleeps in the same bed as the owner and the other coordinator sleeps on the floor next to their bed. I’m sorry but that is all extremely weird and uncomfortable as is, but for my entire family to be staying there with that situation. No thank you. The owner ended up taking the two girls to a hotel for the weekend because I was so weirded out by it. Clem, the owner of the property was always SO nice, helped us out a lot the day of the wedding and even the Friday before. He himself is great to work with and the venue is absolutely breathtaking, but I would most definitely not recommend “Everlasting Details” at all. Another thing was we had left our wedding silverware in a box behind the bar that was left & I had called the week after our wedding saying that we had left it there and that we wanted to come pick it up. Magically, it was mixed in with all of her silverware that she rents out to people and had to sort through it and we didn’t even end up getting all of what we had there. It was an overall bad experience and she was far from professional.
