Even Odds Pizza

Tried Even Odds for the first time tonight and even though we had to wait a little longer than expected, the pizza was worth the wait! The only reason I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because the manager/owner who was cooking pizzas was talking down to employees and yelling at them in front of a full lobby of customers when it was obvious they were doing their best to manage the rush of people.

Growing up in New York, I love my pizza. However, since moving to the area I haven't found anything that I love. Well now that's changed. Even Odds does not make a New York style pizza. Instead they make a Detroit Style. I have never heard of Detroit Style but In New York we would probably call this a Sicilian style. Buts it different in a good way. The sauce and cheese are amazing and homemade. The crust is very good. The toppings are high quality. Everything was cooked extremely well and quickly. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Better than anything I have tried in Cedarburg or Grafton.
