My rental process is always painless with Enterprise! The staff is very welcoming and friendly! I did receive options because I didn't care for the rental in the class I selected. When returning the car, I was behind schedule due to work hours, the staff member was awesome enough to waive the extra fee I was going to be charged! I always enjoy renting from Enterprise, I'm a repeat happy customer!
