Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff there is very friendly, very nice to work with. My my constant complaint is that even though they wash the exterior of the car, they don't clean inside really at all. Crumbs, smears, food between the seats. I had to detail my car before my trip. I should not have to do this! Again, they are great to deal with and will upgrade you with a courtesy upgrade, but they need a better cleaning service. I'm starting to consider other vendors because of this. I'm increasing this a star because a recent trip they gave me a great car again, and knew it was dirty but got it all vacuumed and clean for me first. I still they they need a more thorough process for cleaning the vehicles but the staff there makes up for it in spates.

Needed a car on short notice and the gentlemen here were very helpful, friendly and courteous. They got us set up with the only rental they had left that day, a Ford 150, which was lots of fun to drive. Thanks for helping make a somewhat stressful time more peaceful.
