I’ve been a loyal Encore shopper for several years. I have a sales position with a local company which requires business casual attire every day. I can literally buy entire seasonal wardrobe for under a ¼ of what I would pay retail. The clothes may be lightly worn but the quality of everything is exceptional. I absolutely love this store and the ladies that work there are awesome. Well worth a stop in to check it out.

I was recommended to them by my chiropractor. I couldn't believe how rude they were to me! I had cleaned out my closet of most of my professional wear because of a recent job change and had it in a big bag. I didn't realize they functioned differently than the other consignment shops a consumer is normally exposed to. The lady who spoke to me was very short and rude. "We are appointment only and don't take clothing that comes in like that." As if I should have known even though I'd just heard about them today! I'll never shop there or recommend people go there. I've been in the customer service industry for almost 10 years and I have never treated or been treated as bad as I was at encore consignment.
