I had great experience with this company! They rescued me as I was stranded on the interstate at rush hour. Thankful for people like this!

I’m thankful that they were able to get me out of the ditch, hence why at least 2 stars. But I will not use them again. Driver admitted going to wrong location. After an hour of waiting, they showed up and began hooking my car. All they said was for me to stay in car...nothing else. Few minutes of them attempting to get me out of ditch...and pulling my bummper half way off he then asked if my car was in neutral and I said “no, you never told me to put it in neutral” They successfully got my car out of the ditch and we drove to a safer location for payment. I brought up my bumper and the guy said that my bumper was already damaged from the snow. I told him that’s not true because I assessed my car right after I ended up in the ditch and the only part of my car that was in the snow was the front. He again said that it was already coming off. I understand that my car needed to get pulled out but this towing company ruined my bumper, told me it wasn’t their fault and pretty much told me that I had to get it fixed. They still changed me the full price for the work and didn’t take any responsibility for the damage THEY caused. I would never use them again...EVER!!!
