My fiance had been working for Oak Leaf Salvage. That company and this company go hand in hand. And I personally will never do business with either company and have recommended to friends and family to stay away from either of these businesses. How a place treats its employees shows me they have zero promise for treating their customers right and that apparently this is a crooked business. My fiance got hired at Oak Leaf Salvage 3 weeks ago and was fired today for smoking on premises when another employee had stated this wasn't a problem. A vehicle had a lawn chair and a bottle of antifreeze in it. He asked one of the employees if he could take it and again they said it wasn't a problem. But they say these are the reasons why he was fired. I know my fiance is a hardworking man and these companies have taken him for granted. Thank you for making our family's life harder. Maybe you all are just racist, firing an African american Latino man.
