Having experienced numerous bodywork specialists, and being a massage therapist, myself, I have yet to find anyone who compares to the skill level and effectiveness that is Chris Hayden's practice. He is backed with years of experience, education, development and dedication, with a keen intuitive ability to read and understand individual body needs. Most specifically, I enjoy his rolfing practice as it has allowed me to experience immediate, effective, and LASTING change. Every time I walk away from a session with Chris, I enter into a more comfortable physicality that works WITH me, and impresses me by what it can now do and be!
