Dunkin' Donuts

I just sat in the drive-thru line for 16 minutes to get a bagel, 2 donuts, and a bottle of Coke!! When I got to the window the staff completely ignored me. I could see the girl who was covering the window running around in the back kitchen. The other staff got the next two orders ready and had them waiting but nobody bothered to get my order ready or take my payment. I waited for 5 minutes just for someone to acknowledge that I was at the window. They toasted my bagel even though I didn't want it toasted and I didn't get a knife for the cream cheese spread. I mean, seriously, it's called a "spread". How can I spread it without a knife??? They tried to give me the wrong donuts but I corrected them. I was 15 minutes late for work because of it. I have never had a good experience at this Dunkin Donuts so this will definitely be my last time EVER coming here!! You suck Dunkin!!!!

Understaffed, occasionally the service is really slow (>10 min just for a coffee). They run out of supplies often too. Seems like this location is poorly managed.
