It is getting so bad that 2 out of 3 times they are out of product! They are great but tell me the district manager keeps cutting down on their order! I understand it looks good on paper to say how close his order sheets are. Yet when muriple choices are out and i keep having to walk away with nothing your loosing sales. Now i don'teven try as much because of how much time i waist by stopping just to have to go somewhere else.
PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE! Or replace this DM.
Down to 3 stars. Surprisingly had food this morning. ..unfortunately donuts were off, hash browns were old and hard as rock burnt charcoal and my croissant was a un toaated bagel. PLEASE someone manage this place!
4 stars because I have never been to a shop that almost every other day runs out of supplies. At first I thought they were just figuring what there usage was going to be. Nope, the only thing consistent is the taste and they will 50% be out of at least one item. Crazy, from donuts to sandwiches at least one of those items will be out.
Love dunkin! Food it good and quick with the drive thru.
