Dunham's Sports

Would like to give them negative stars, but that isn’t an option. Went to the New Berlin location last night to look around. I found some clothes I wanted to try on, but had to look through the entire store to find someone to unlock the fitting room. I found 2 associates at the gun counter, but neither of them were overly eager to help me. On associate kept his back turned towards me for a good minute before turning around and assisting me with what I was needing, this was even after I ask for a fitting room, oh, and he wasn’t even working on a task prior to me asking for a room. Their women’s clothing selection was very unkept and some of the racks, Under Armour in particular, were very bare, minimal selection. I get to the register to pay for my selection, and the cashier, very rudely, told me that my coupon wasn’t valid for my selection. I walked out without buying anything because of the poor, rude, awful customer service! Seems like a bunch of high school kids trying to run a store, very unsuccessfully. Such a disappointment of a store considering what used to be in that retail space (Sportsman’s Warehouse). I will definitely NOT be going back to this store.
