I had an appointment set 10 days before. I was told to arrive 10 minutes early and I did that. It took the doctor over 1 hour after the appointment time to come see me with no genuine apology, no ''sorry we will try to avoid that happening at your next visits". When I expressed my concern about such long delays happening in the future, Dr. Teresa Lee rudely ignored that. it was a very bad experience. I understand that an MD's job can be really busy, but what's the point of an appointment if you are 1 hour late to it? We all get busy too. We have jobs to attend to, other appointments to make, plans ... etc. Remember to respect people's time like they respect yours. Thank you!
