Of the three times I've been there I've only once been happy with my son's haircut. This last time I felt very rushed. The stylist started cutting my son's hair with clippers even though I wanted it kept longer. And her attempt to correct it was subpar. I would expect a place for kids to be warm, calm, and patient with kids. I unfortunately didn't feel this way after my visit today.
