I'm very happy that I decided to purchase a car through Subaru. Being my first new car purchase, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient. I worked with Gavin, and he was spectacular. He was easy-going and made the process a breeze! Gavin took the time to consider exactly what I was looking for in a car and what my monthly budget would be. He never tried to persuade or push me into buying anything unlike most salespeople at other dealerships. I was very specific of what color I wanted, and they were willing to have the perfect car driven to the dealership even though it was a few hours away. Overall, the experience was wonderful and went a lot better than initially expected. Highly recommended!

Let me tell you about one of the best car buying experiences of my life: I live in Chicago and was looking everywhere for the perfect used vehicle,I found one online in Madison and asked my dad to check out the vehicle. Gavin helped my dad out and he got all the information he needed, it was really easy. They then followed up with me and when I got up to Madison Gavin was super good at leading a nice test drive through a snow storm. I liked the vehicle so the next day I was able to take it home because the team there took care of almost everything with my bank and the state, really great experience.
