I order delivery occasionally and they are always very fast and my experience is usually good. Last week, I received a Coupon for a free pasta bowl and I was excited because that's what I usually order. I used it today because my son and I were hungry and I am low on money ATM. I ordered pickup and went in to get it along with the soda I ordered with it. I was told by an older man,which I assume was the manager, that I was supposed to order $10 worth of food in addition to my bread bowl pasta. I did not know that and assumed it wouldn't have let me order it online if that was the case. The man seemed angry and it made me feel uncomfortable. My pasta bread bowl was not as good as it normally is and it seems as though I could almost taste the anger in my meal. There was less pasta and other ingredients than normal and the bottom was a little burnt. Maybe the website should not allow people to order if it doesn't abide by the coupon. I felt bad for the young girl working with the angry older man. She looked uncomfortable as well.
