I have literally had 2 bad experiences out of this store within the same week. The first time I made an order, when it was delivered, it was incomplete. The manager did send a gift certificate, so with me being understanding, I accepted and said id give them another chance. But this time, I ordered a pasta and it came with no sauce! How does that happen? They offered the same certificate and that's great, but what I am trying to wrap my mind around is how is this okay? When someone orders their food, they would like to be able to eat then, not after the certificate arrives. I don't know if I'll be ordering from this location again. Again, the managers are great (which is why I rated them so highly) its the team, I guess, that need some work. Incomplete deliveries and pasta with no sauce. I wish I was creative enough to make this up...
