Terrible Service!!! They brought someone's used dish to my home and set it up. The dish I got was covered in bird crap and rusted. It looks like it came from a junk yard or trailer park. They even had the nerve to take my old Directv dish without my permission. BUYER BEWARE. Dish network will NOT stand behind their work. This is a COMPLETE JOKE and unfortunately, there is nothing that Dish will do about it. On top; of that, this company retained my credit card information from years ago and automatically billed my credit card without my permission. I gave them a new card and asked that my service be billed to that credit card. To top that off, they signed me up for the most expensive package. It has taken me two hours on the phone with Dish network to fix all their mistakes and yet I have this crappy old dish in my yard for two years. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!
