They try and sell you their "deep cleaning" service. They actually refused to clean my father's teeth without getting that "deep cleaning treatment". The same treatment was also suggested to my mother. Be cautious of anything extra they try to sell you. They're obviously trying to suck out every dollar they can from you. Their facility is super fancy but in a bad location, so that's probably why.
