Had lots of work done here from buying to selling to having alterations done to simply having patches sewn on. This is the place to go. Have never heard a bad note about this business till here and I've been doing business with this guy for 25 years. Give him a try, I think you'll be happy with his work. FYI ... just don't try to cut your patch off your jacket as we would be happy to do that for you (professionally) and reattach it for you where you would prefer. You wouldn't be able to be the cost and definitely would save on the jacket.
