Cousins Subs of Milwaukee - 91st & Appleton Ave.

Staff seems to find customers a nuisance vs of value. Last 2 visits they have been nothing but rude. Can only take so many apologies from the GM for the attitude of the staff. Have had a phone in order lost, then when I placed the order at the register told them I need it rushed due to the fact that they LOST my phone in order. No rush put on it and both subs were wrong. Needed one to be made 3 times. Was offered free meals, when calling in for that they were rude as heck. When picking up, went through the drive thru which they were rude, cutting off my wife mid sentence.. This location should be shut down to help the company save face, as this location makes the company as a whole look bad.
