Excellent experience dealing with Courtesy Ford. I submitted an online inquiry for a vehicle I was interested in and told them that I'm about 3 hours away and that I'd like to do as much as possible via emails and phone conversations. I sent a few pictures of what I would be trading in and after some discussions (I felt it was such a fair offer that I didn't even negotiate), we had a deal. I finalized all the items I could on my end (taxes because I'm from IL, registration, insurance, loan) and went to do the swap. I met with Amanda and Bryce (who were both excellent to deal with), we talked a few minutes, I took the vehicle for a test drive, did paperwork for about 15 minutes, then Amanda showed me all the features of my new vehicle and I was on the road. I was there for less than an hour! It did save time bringing the check from my local credit union, so I wasn't doing all the typical paperwork at the dealer, but they were very efficient in getting me in and out! AND it was the last day of the month! Overall great experience and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to them!
