Confused Staff leads to broken hearts. They scheduled my family a time to visit with a dog the same time as a second family. Then, while both families were in the lobby, they had us sit and wait because there was something 'wrong with the dog'. Seems the dog was injured while on premises and had to have major surgery, so no one could view the animal. First, don't double book families with children to see an animal. AWKWARD! Second, what kind of control is this place in when 1 animal can attack another? MONITOR! Third, a different member of the staff scheduled the 2 families. CO-ORDINATE! Shouldn't there be a calendar or a way to track this?
